Please read our policies before booking your appointment.
We work hard to respect your time and kindly request our clients respect ours as well.
Tardiness Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for an appointment. For clients who arrive 15 min after their scheduled appointment time or later:
- The stylist will choose if they are able to provide the service or need to reschedule (based on the stylist’s ability to stay on schedule. We cannot penalize other clients for our tardiness).
- If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled altogether, the “Cancellation within 24 hours” fee structure will apply.
No call, no shows
Client pays 100% of the cost of the scheduled service missed before they can book again.
Cancellation within 24 hours
Fee must be paid before the next service is scheduled. Please understand when you cancel or reschedule an appointment at the last minute, it results in lost income for a stylist as we can rarely rebook the time slot with short notice.
- First cancellation, a client will be notified of the cost incurred for late cancellations in the future.
- Second cancellation 50% fee for booked service.
- Third cancellation and beyond, full price of service.
There is no penalty for appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
