With an exceptional, commission based, sliding scale, Terra provides an atmosphere where stylists can maintain the flexibility that renting allows while removing the headache of business responsibilities.
Terra offers:
- Commission based on a sliding scale (50-68%) based on total weekly revenue. Hourly will be $10 until exceeded by commission.
- 20% retail commission.
- Flexible hours – based on client needs.
- Online access to your schedule.
- Ongoing educational opportunities and workshops.
- We will never request a non-compete agreement.
