With an exceptional, commission based, sliding scale, Terra provides an atmosphere where stylists can maintain the flexibility that renting allows while removing the headache of business responsibilities.

Terra offers:
  • Commission based on a sliding scale (50-68%) based on total weekly revenue. Hourly will be $10 until exceeded by commission.
  • 20% retail commission.
  • Flexible hours – based on client needs.
  • Online access to your schedule.
  • Ongoing educational opportunities and workshops.
  • We will never request a non-compete agreement.
